Andrew Bolton is Second Line Support, and is responsible for our hardware support centre, scheduling site visits for the engineers and helping diagnose and solve hardware and network problems through telephone and remote dial-in support. Andrew is A+ certified. |

Alex Chafer is an Internet Specialist who provides Third Line Support on Internet, E-mail, Networking and Security issues. He has qualifications in Computer Systems Engineering. |

As a Senior Installation Engineer he's qualified in supporting Sophos anti-virus software, IntY internet servers and maintaining Microsoft and Novell networks. Jonathan is also responsible for the installation of Exchequer accounting software.
